Why does God want Christians to avoid taking their differences to court?

I think the easiest way to describe this is any time you go to court, and I’ve been litigating cases for well over 23 years, oftentimes you’re rolling the dice. What God wants us … If you go to court, he doesn’t want you just putting your decision before nonbelievers and rolling the dice as to what the outcome is. He would rather you go to another believer who understands the principles that we can follow, that we’re all adhering to, and have it done that way. He very clearly says that you would rather just lose the entire case instead of going to court, and it’s for that reason. We just don’t want the arbitrariness of some nonbeliever deciding something under principles that we may not agree with.
