Can I be foreclosed on for not paying my taxes?

You can. It’s a process that’s going to take several years. Typically, if you don’t pay your property taxes, the county is going to do something they call, they’re going to sell tax certificates. Basically, you have a three year window in which to pay those. There will come a point in time, where after that three, three and a half years you haven’t paid it, then they will have the right to foreclose on the property, and put it up for sale at that time.

Together we can live in a biblical way and if need be take a biblical approach to law and life.
