How is Christian Conciliation Different from Mediation and Arbitration?

Christian conciliation is a process. It may involves parts of mediation and parts of arbitration, but the basis here is we are trying to reconcile the relationship. Make people take a biblical approach to how we’re going to resolve this. It’s going to start with a process very similar to mediation. You might have an individual counseling session by both sides prior to coming together at all. If we cannot work through it in a mediation setting, then it may switch over to an arbitration setting. Again, following these biblical principles. That is the underlying thesis of all of this, is we’re going to do this the way God designed it to be done, and all parties are agreeing to do it in that manner.
