Can anyone buy my house at the auction?

If your house has gone all through the foreclosure process and the court has ordered an auction, then anybody who has qualified themselves with the clerk for the sale can make a bid on the house. Now, there are certain cases they might say if the owner goes and buys it, that there are certain liens that may still apply and a lot of stuff can be litigated. The answer to the question is, anybody that’s been qualified, in other words, they’ve shown the clerk that they have the funds to close, can make a bid and can buy the property at auction.

Together we can live in a biblical way and if need be take a biblical approach to law and life.
